Upgrading to DefectDojo Version 3.2.x

3.2.x deprecates the API-based (pull) parsers, the Tool Type / Tool Configuration feature, and the django-dbbackup integration (all scheduled for removal in 3.5.0), and adds the vulnerability-id type and multiple-CWE migrations.
